The Athlete Guy! Clifford is a football student-athlete with 5+ years of experience in the management of the graphic design process, from conceptualization to delivery and has a passion for branding and sports design! And over the course of being in the GD program, I garnered 2+ years of experience in creating social media content for personal brand, companies, and have garnered engagement from worldwide users. He is graduating this Summer with a BFA in graphic design and is eager to find an opportunity to work within the graphic design and social media field.

DESIGN INSPIRATION(S): I was always inspired by all of the sports posters I had growing up, those are what really got me into graphic design.

EARTH, WIND, FIRE- NOW, THEN, & FOREVER

For this project, I had to redesign an album cover and I chose Earth, Wind & Fire's most recent work, Now, Then & Forever. During the process, I constructed vinyl designs, programs, souvenirs, etc.

FAITHFUL BEYOND THE TRENCHES

This digital image is inspired by the last few years of my athletic life as well as obstacles I faced in terms of family and faith. From suffering three major injuries that really put my career on a stressful hold, I really wanted to express my road to recovery.

WASHINGTON FLIGHT

This project was a rebranding for the NFL team, the Washington Football Team. As they continue to look for an identity, I wanted to give a potential concept and new name for the franchise, the Washington Flight.
